Blowmold Machine Operator - 2nd Shift 2:30PM to 11PM (4756)

We are seeking a Blow Molder to join our team in Racine, WI, on a full-time basis. The role involves working with our blow molding machine on the second shift, ensuring products meet specifications, and assisting the Maintenance Tech with color and tooling changes, as well as minor machine adjustments during operation.

Location: 3600 S Memorial Dr, Racine, WI 53403

Job Responsibilities

• Trim excess material from molded products
• Regrind excess or unsatisfactory pieces for reuse using grinding machinery
• Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Weigh finished pieces to verify machine accuracy
• Adjust machine controls to correct operations
• Assemble products by inserting metal components into plastic parts using punch machinery
• Hand feed metal components to punch machinery
• Packing finished parts into boxes, adhering to safety protocols

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience operating machinery
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and longevity in previous roles
