Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with strong technical foundation.
• Solid programming fundamentals in Java, Python, or C#.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data management concepts.
• Familiarity with lab software like LIMS/CDS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for laboratory software systems and instrument integration.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade lab software across Windows/Linux.
• Coordinate with QA, IT, and vendors to resolve multi-layered technical issues.
• Document configurations and create knowledge-base articles.
