PA Consulting in the United States is hiring an Early Career Growth Strategy Analyst (2027) to help clients identify opportunities for sustainable growth. You will conduct quantitative and qualitative research, analyze data, and support strategic recommendations across projects.

The program welcomes graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or recent pathways, offering mentorship, hands-on development, and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree expected by Fall/Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Hybrid working – 2 days in office per week, potential client-site time up to 5 days

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support client recommendations.
• Analyze customer, market, financial, and business data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Support the development of strategic recommendations and business cases through evidence-based hypotheses.
• Participate in interviews, workshops, and collaborative problem-solving sessions to create clear, compelling presentations and deliverables.
• Contribute curiosity, creativity, and analytical rigor to project teams.
• Be welcomed to build office and company culture through involvement in employee resource groups and firm initiatives.
