Clearsulting is seeking a Campus Consulting Analyst in the United States. The role involves diving into finance transformation, data analytics, and organizational change while supporting project teams and building strong consulting skills.

You will collaborate across levels, develop executive presentations, and perform primary research to uncover issues and design innovative solutions for clients. A relevant degree is required with a minimum GPA of 3.0, and US work authorization is necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree to be completed by December 2026 or May 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Dive into dynamic consulting engagements spanning finance transformation, process improvement, technology enablement, data analytics, and organizational change to help clients solve complex business challenges.
• Support project teams in delivering high-impact client engagements by managing project plans, tracking milestones, identifying risks, coordinating communications, and helping drive successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members across all levels to support client meetings, workshops, and project deliverables while building professional consulting skills.
• Assist in developing executive-level presentations that translate complex issues into clear recommendations across processes, systems, and people.
• Perform primary research to uncover issues, identify gaps, and design innovative solutions for challenging client problems.
• Utilize cutting-edge statistical tools and software to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
