The Mohegan Tribe Of Indians Of Connecticut is seeking a Career Development Associate for the Mohegan Tribe Launch Program. This full-time, two-year rotation-based role provides hands-on experience across Tribal Government and affiliated organizations, reporting to the Director of Career Development.

You will develop core professional and leadership skills, contribute to operational projects, and build strong relationships while meeting background check requirements under ICPA.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college within the past two years.
• Enrolled Mohegan Tribal Member in good standing.
• Ability to meet background check requirements under ICPA.

Responsabilidades

• Complete structured rotations across Tribal Government and affiliated organizations.
• Provide hands-on experience and develop core professional and leadership skills.
• Contribute to operational and project-based work aligned with organizational needs.
• Report to the Director of Career Development and coordinate with placement supervisors.
