Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a technically curious, customer-focused individual to own end-to-end customer deployments in San Francisco. You will configure Reevo for each customer's business model, build integrations, and QA data migrations, enabling successful onboarding and adoption.

Travel to client sites is required. Ideal candidates are new graduates or with 0–3 years of experience, comfortable with data, and eager to learn SQL, APIs, and light scripting.

Qualifications

• New graduate or 0–3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Comfortable with data and spreadsheets.
• Willingness to learn SQL, APIs, and light scripting.
• Consultative instincts to diagnose customer needs and prescribe setups.
• Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco and travel regularly to customer sites.
• Bonus: exposure to CRM/RevOps or sales tooling.
• Bonus: experience shipping small scripts and integrations.
• Must address United States employment visa sponsorship status in the application.

Responsibilities

• Own customer deployments end to end from contract to revenue-team execution.
• Configure Reevo around each customer's model, including pipelines, stages, fields, workflows, and reporting.
• Wire up integrations via lead forms, webhooks, and data syncs using light scripting.
• Map, import, and QA customer data migrations.
• Drive product adoption through onboarding and training.
• Identify and remove barriers to login and usage.
