Jobtailor in San Francisco is seeking a pragmatic full-stack engineer who owns customer-facing implementations from onboarding to production. You’ll integrate 50+ external systems, design data flows, and ship production code across Python backend and TS/React frontend.

You’ll work directly with customers in onboarding calls, map SOPs to integrations, and drive ongoing optimization to keep deployments healthy and scalable.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of professional experience in a customer-facing engineering role, owning external technical work.
• Genuinely full-stack: backend, frontend, and APIs, with production code on a small senior team.
• Strong in TypeScript/React and Python, with the ability to ramp quickly.
• Experience with APIs, ETL, webhooks, and file feeds in production environments.
• Comfortable running technical onboarding and scoping integrations directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployments, from onboarding to production, including data integration and troubleshooting.
• Ship features across Python backend and TypeScript/React frontend on a production platform.
• Lead customer onboarding calls and translate feedback into concrete integration work.
