Job summary

BakerRipley in Texas seeks an Early Care and Education Specialist (ECES) to build trusted relationships with child care providers in the Texas Rising Star program. You will mentor, provide technical assistance, training, and connect providers to resources to raise quality.

The ECES conducts on-site and virtual visits, helps identify strengths, supports quality improvement goals, and ensures accurate documentation in CLI Engage and program systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, or related field.
• Or Bachelor's with at least 18 credits in early childhood education and 12 credits in child development.
• Or Associate's in ECE with two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains positive relationships with providers to support engagement and improvement.
• Supports TRS participation with information, guidance, and individualized assistance.
• Provides mentoring, technical assistance, training, and resources to increase quality.
• Conducts on-site and virtual visits per program requirements.
• Maintains provider records and visit documentation in CLI Engage.
• Monitors provider progress and communicates concerns to the supervisor.
