Job summary

Rowan is seeking a friendly, sales-minded Sales Associate for our Santan Village location in Gilbert, AZ. This part-time role focuses on greeting clients, educating on piercing services and jewelry, restocking and maintaining studio cleanliness, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Weekend availability is required; compensation is $15-$19 per hour plus commission, with employee discounts and retirement plan options.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required or preferred.
• Willing to work weekends and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Greet ear-piercing clients and shoppers
• Educate customers about Rowan piercing services and jewelry
• Support needs of clients and shoppers
• Improve store efficiency and processes for a seamless experience
• Restock jewelry and piercing materials
• Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the studio
• Perform bi-weekly inventory counts and investigate discrepancies
• Manage technology and software systems
• Embody Rowan's culture and create a celebratory atmosphere in the studio
• Retail or sales experience is a plus
• Experience with jewelry or piercing is a plus
• Willingness to work a flexible weekend schedule
