The role requires TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph, a Master’s in a behavioral health field, and at least three years of relevant experience, plus licensure as LCSW or Licensed Psychologist.

We are seeking an experienced Employee Assistance Program Counselor to provide confidential counseling, assessment, referral, and wellness services supporting employees of a federal intelligence agency in Springfield, Virginia.
The EAP Counselor will assist employees with workplace and career concerns, emotional and mental health needs, relationship dynamics, work-life integration, and overall health and wellness. This position requires an experienced, compassionate professional who can assess individual needs, provide short-term counseling, identify potential substance-use concerns, and connect employees with appropriate treatment and community resources.
Position expected to start early 2027.
Locatin: Springfield, VA
