Job summary

AllOne Health, a leader in workplace behavioral health, seeks a Client Relations Manager - Small Group to serve as the primary contact for organizational clients and ensure the delivery of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.

You will collaborate with internal teams to manage onboarding, drive engagement, and provide ongoing support for client groups, ensuring program satisfaction and successful implementation of EAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret utilization data.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for a large portfolio of EAP client accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with client HR teams and leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and communication plans for new clients.
• Develop engagement strategies to promote EAP awareness and utilization.
