Job summary

HIGH BRIDGE CONSULTING LLC seeks a hands-on Utility Operations Specialist based in Paramus, NJ, with strong EAM configuration and scripting skills. The role is hybrid, combining on-site and remote work (3 days a week onsite) to support utility operations and asset management initiatives.

You will configure EAM solutions, translate business requirements into configurations, and collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• Experience configuring EAM solutions, including workflows, business rules, processes, or related functionality.
• Scripting experience is required.
• Experience working with EAM platforms such as Hexagon or CloudGeni.
• Maximo experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions supporting utility operations.
• Translate business and operational requirements into EAM configurations, workflows, and system solutions.
• Work closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and IT teams to understand asset-management needs.
• Configure asset management, work management, maintenance, workflow, and related EAM functionality.
• Develop and maintain scripts to support EAM functionality, automation, integrations, and business processes.
• Analyze and resolve system, configuration, workflow, and data-related issues.
• Support enhancements, upgrades, integrations, testing, and implementation activities.
• Participate in requirements gathering, process mapping, configuration, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
• Improve asset lifecycle management, maintenance processes, work orders, preventive maintenance, and operational workflows.
• Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
