Job summary

ARORA ENGINEERS, LLC. is seeking an Asset Management Practice Lead to own the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) practice, oversee strategic planning, budgeting, and mentorship, and drive new business pursuits.

The role balances technical execution with sales and marketing duties, including proposal leadership and pipeline growth. The candidate will supervise staff, ensure high-quality output, and collaborate across the Enterprise Solutions Group to deliver complex asset management solutions for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15 years of experience using Asset Management software with at least 5 years leading teams.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to meet site security requirements.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Asset Management leadership and SME guidance to the EDI team.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team and align with company goals.
• Lead pipeline development, proposals, and client relationship management.
• Oversee project staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Establish QA/QC standards across design and delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with PMs and other Practice Leads to ensure project success.
• Monitor metrics and drive process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Travel to project and client sites for presentations and coordination.
