Job Opportunity: Home Health Aide/CNA at Eagle Point Senior Living

Eagle Point Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.

Located in Appleton, WI, overlooking the Fox River, Eagle Point opened in 2018 and offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a 136-unit community. We pride ourselves on stable management and a welcoming staff dedicated to helping seniors Age Magnificently.

Shifts and Compensation

• Full-time and part-time shifts available, including NOC and PM shifts, with rotating weekends and holidays.
• HHA wages range from $16.50 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience.
• CNA wages range from $17.00 to $22.50 per hour, based on experience.
• Same-day pay option available.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, respecting individual needs and fostering independence.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobility.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living preferred.
• Interest in healthcare and a positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
