Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 7–15 years of experience in production or petroleum engineering.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet with field team and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own production optimization and well performance for Eagle Ford wells.
• Review and explain solutions to improve daily production.
• Support field operations with rapid response engineering.
• Collect failure data, perform RCFA, and implement cost-reducing interventions.
• Develop optimized artificial lift lifecycle for all wells.
• Manage frac-hit mitigation programs for BPX and offset completions.
• Engage with development team on choke management and AL lifecycle.
• Manage chemical treatment and flow assurance programs.
• Oversee mechanical integrity for downhole equipment.
• Project manage engineered solutions including budgets and schedules.
• Travel up to 25% to field and partners.
