Job summary

Nucor is seeking an EAF Lead at its Kingman, AZ facility to lead safety initiatives and drive a strong safety culture while developing the team's skills and performance. You will train teammates, ensure adherence to procedures, and coordinate across shifts to meet production goals.

The role requires demonstrated leadership, flexibility in scheduling, and a focus on accountability and teamwork in a high-stakes manufacturing environment.

Basic Job Functions:

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. The EAF Lead builds a strong safety culture and leads the selection, training, and development of the team, working with plant leadership to set consistent standards and evaluate teammates for operational positions. Leads must be willing to cross-train across positions within the department and fill in as needed to support operational needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership experience.
