Job summary

Creatio, a global vendor of a CRM & workflow platform, is seeking an innovative QA Automation Engineer to join our Navy Department to collaborate within Scrum teams across our Core and Sales focus areas. As a QA Automation Engineer at Creatio, you will oversee the full testing cycle, from testing strategy planning and risk analysis to testing execution, and quality control processes within our team.

Qualifications

• Experience with web UI testing and API testing.
• Ability to analyze and quickly understand product behavior.
• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail).
• Comfort reading logs and using SQL/diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain end-to-end automated tests with Playwright (TypeScript).
• Perform exploratory and manual testing for new features.
• Cover UI, API, and business logic scenarios.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to improve test coverage.
• Help improve QA processes, tools, and reporting.
