Job summary

Description Garrett is seeking an experienced E2E Network Planner to drive supply planning excellence across the Americas region. You will develop and execute production plans, coordinating with Demand Planners, Customer Desk, Vendor Schedulers, and Warehouse teams to meet customer demand on time while optimizing cash and cost over a 24-month horizon.

The role emphasizes SIOP execution, capacity allocation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate and/or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in supply planning and production planning.
• Experience in automotive industry preferred (OEM or Tier-I).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the supply planning process for production plans.
• Maintain a valid Master Production Schedule (MPS) balancing supply and demand.
• Monitor SIOP execution and adjust plans to achieve targets.
• Prepare planning reports and track OTTR and KPI performance.
• Collaborate with Demand Planners, Customer Desk, Vendors and Warehouse teams.
