What you will be doing

As an E&S Habitational Underwriter, you will leverage your underwriting expertise to deliver tailored solutions for clients in California. This is a production-driven role, where you'll be expected to achieve results while demonstrating attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mentality. You will be responsible for managing complex risks and building relationships with wholesale distributors, contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth.

What you need to succeed

• 5+ years of E&S underwriting experience
• Proven Property Underwriting experience is a must; Habitational is strongly preferred
• Proven experience with commercial property underwriting is acceptable if Habitational experience is not present
• Established relationships with wholesale distributors in California
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
