Job summary

Venture Global LNG is seeking an Operations Projects Coordinator (Electrical & Instrument Controls) to manage the safe execution of Turnaround E&I&C work at our Plaquemines LNG facility. The role interfaces with Turnaround Contractors, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Warranty, and Project Departments to ensure work is executed per process and procedures.

Responsibilities include leading E&I&C turnaround execution, coordinating with planners for schedules, and tracking progress against

Qualifications

• Minimum a high school diploma or GED; technical degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Three or more years as E,I&C routine maintenance Execution Lead or Supervisor and three or more years as E,I&C Turnaround Coordinator in Oil & Gas, LNG or petrochemical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate E&I Turnaround work execution per HSSE processes.
• Align work with SAP, STO revisions and IDs.
• Support development of execution work packs and risk mitigation.
• Assist in CPM analysis and scheduling with Turnaround Planner.
• Coordinate logistics, tool certification, and mobilization with the Logistics team.
• Ensure contractor timesheets and interfaces are properly managed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned.
