Job summary

Venture Global LNG seeks an Operations Projects Coordinator (Electrical & Instrument Controls) to manage the safe execution of E&I Turnaround work at the Plaquemines LNG facility. The role coordinates with Turnaround Contractors, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Project teams to ensure efficient execution.

The candidate will support planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and contractor management while upholding VG HSSE standards and company controls. TWIC compliance is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical degree or PMP certification – or similar is a plus.
• 3+ years’ work experience as E, I&C routine maintenance Execution Lead or Supervisor and 3+ years as E,I&C Turnaround Coordinator in Oil and Gas, LNG or petrochemical facilities.
• Strong knowledge in DCS Systems (Yokogawa is a plus), GE Mark VI and Field Instrumentation.
• Knowledge and experience in different cycles of Turnaround and project controls and best practices.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• SAP Plant Maintenance as End User.
• Familiar with Primavera P6; MS Project is a plus.
• Experience in commissioning, startup, and maintenance of Oil & Gas or petrochemical facilities is a plus.
• Must maintain a TWIC card in good standing status

Responsibilities

• Manages and Coordinates E, I&C Turnaround work execution per HSSE processes to prevent unsafe conditions.
• Coordinates E, I&C Turnaround work execution per VGIMS, VGLNG Work Management and STO processes.
• Meets VG STO Gate process deliverables and works with planners to develop execution work packs.
• Supports risk identification on time, cost, scope with corrective actions.
• Works with Scheduler for schedules and CPM analysis.
• Supports logistics and equipment certifications/mobilization with the Logistics Coordinator.
• Monitors contractor work progress against baselines and communicates risks.
• Contributes to continuous improvement and lessons learned.
