Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced E&I Turnaround Planner for a 12+ month contract located onsite in Wilmington, CA or Martinez, CA.

The role focuses on electrical & instrumentation planning for outages with travel up to 25-35% and a hybrid work arrangement. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in E&I planning or maintenance, strong scheduling and safety leadership, and proficiency in SAP/Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

10+ years’ experience in Electrical & Instrumentation package planning and/or 10+ years of E&I journey-level maintenance experience.
Ability to read and interpret Electrical & Instrumentation drawings and P&IDs.
Experience in preparing and reviewing test/work packages for issuance to the field.

Responsibilities

Lead assigned portion of outage scope through planning and execution stage.
Organizing materials through expediting, quoting prices, and ensuring the correct parts are available for jobs.
Create detailed job packages in Cleopatra for each work order utilizing planning templates as applicable.
Provide leadership in risk management, contractor safety, and mitigating safety issues in operations.
Maintain communication with craftspeople, contractor representatives, and materials suppliers.
Complete close out and documentation as required by Client’s standards and procedures.
