Job summary

Alignment Engine Inc. in Chillicothe, Ohio, is seeking an experienced E&I technician to maintain instrumentation and control loops across our advanced manufacturing campus. The role emphasizes on-site work, hands-on calibration, and support for plant systems.

You will troubleshoot VFDs, motor controls, and electrical panels, maintain loop sheets, and assist with commissioning of new plant systems. Training is provided; ISA CCST or equivalent is valued, with competitive medical and retirement

Qualifications

• 3+ years E&I experience in an industrial plant.
• Instrument calibration and loop troubleshooting depth.
• Comfort with electrical schematics and P&IDs.
• ISA CCST or equivalent valued.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and maintain instrumentation and control loops
• Troubleshoot VFDs, motor controls, and plant electrical
• Support controls and BMS teams on sensor networks
• Maintain loop sheets and calibration records
• Support commissioning of new plant systems
