Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician for a heavy manufacturing plant in the United States. You will control power and sensor systems in the plant, troubleshoot high voltage and motor circuits, and maintain 12.5KV systems with 120 VDC controls.

This is an immediate opening with relocation assistance. Prior US industrial electrical experience, craft training, and PLC/VFD/IT skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Completion of a craft training program in industrial electricity.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and IT databases.
• Several years in heavy manufacturing environments (mills, packaging, cement, etc.).
• US military members or veterans with E&I experience are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot high voltage (12.5KV) systems and 120 VDC controls.
• Maintain and troubleshoot 480 VAC distribution and motor starter circuits.
• Maintain and troubleshoot 120 VAC and low-voltage AC/DC motor control circuits.
• Program and troubleshoot AC/DC variable frequency drives and other plant instrumentation.

Heavy manufacturing company near Charleston, South Carolina needs an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician to control power and sensor systems in the plant.Relocation assistance is available.Maintain and troubleshoot high voltage (12.5KV) systems with 120 VDC controls.Maintain and troubleshoot 480 VAC distribution systems and motor starter circuits.Maintain and troubleshoot 120 VAC and low voltage AC/DC motor control circuits.Maintain, troubleshoot, and program AC & DC variable frequency drives.Maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, install, repair, and inspect all other unspecified plant electronic and instrumentation devices and equipment as needed.Maintain and troubleshoot overhead cranes which include static stepless controls and wound rotor motors.REQUIREMENTSUS military members, or former members with Electrical and Instrumentation Technician experience highly desired.
