Jobtailor is seeking an experienced E&I Project Manager to lead on-site management for data center construction projects in Odessa, TX. You will guide a specialized E&I team through the construction phase, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget control while coordinating with owners and subcontractors.

The role requires proven experience managing large projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive cost-effective construction methods and timely completion.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical and administrative management for E&I phases on data center projects.
• Lead development and management of an E&I team during the data center construction phase.
• Ensure timely project completion while maintaining safety and budgets.
• Review proposals, documents, and change orders with the project team and Director of Operations.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and company personnel to optimize construction methods and costs.
• Manage project staff including support staff and superintendents to ensure quality deliverables.
• Promote, enforce, and establish safety as a project priority.
• Monitor costs against budgets with weekly labor and monthly budget reports.
