INVISTA in Seaford, DE seeks an Electrical & Instrumentation Multi-Craft Technician to troubleshoot and maintain complex electrical and instrumentation systems across plant operations. The role collaborates with operations and engineering to improve reliability and performance.

Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician license required.
- Experience with industrial electrical maintenance.
- Ability to read electrical schematics/blueprints.
- PLC and HMI programming experience.
- Strong instrumentation troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain electrical and instrumentation systems supporting plant operations.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
- Calibrate, test, inspect, and verify instrumentation and process control equipment.
- Conduct annual calibrations, safety checks, and equipment inspections.
- Diagnose electrical equipment failures using schematics, diagnostic tools, and PC-based maintenance systems.
- Maintain electrical equipment including motors, drives, and control systems.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
- Adhere to safety requirements when working on equipment up to 480 volts.
- Provide occasional mechanical support to the maintenance team.
