We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Filing Legal Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in beginning a career in the legal field and gaining hands-on experience with court filings, legal documents, and law firm operations.

The E-Filing Legal Assistant is responsible for assisting with the submission, tracking, and processing of court filings while ensuring documents are filed accurately and timely. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

Location: Boca Raton office (in-office, full-time position) | Schedule: Monday–Friday , 8: 30 a.m.– 5: 30 p.m.
