Job summary

DISCO is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support client services and help clients leverage the DISCO platform for ediscovery needs. You will handle billable tasks, manage direct inquiries, and provide product feature assistance.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with diverse teams across the DISCO platform. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Forensics, Data Operations, Disco Desk, and Client Success to ensure exceptional

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of ediscovery project management experience at a law firm, in-house legal department, or service provider.
• Working knowledge of one or more ediscovery platforms such as DISCO, Relativity, Recommind, or Concordance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with focus on detail, organization, and responsiveness.
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other Project Managers and DISCO team members to deliver superior service to DISCO clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Forensics, Data Operations, Disco Desk, Client Success) to solve challenges and manage clients through solutions.
• Maintain project and data tracking to ensure work is completed correctly and deadlines are met.
• Communicate with Project Managers and clients about project milestones.
• Develop advanced knowledge of the DISCO platform to advise clients on best practices.
