Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Paralegal for its award-winning E-Discovery Team to support litigations through the e-discovery lifecycle and advance the firm’s use of AI and legal technologies.

The ideal candidate is tech-curious with strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a drive to learn Relativity and other e-discovery tools. Prior experience is welcome but not required; structured training will be provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
Experience in e-discovery or litigation support is a plus but not required.
Willingness to learn Relativity and other e-discovery technologies.

Responsibilities

Support e-discovery matters across the lifecycle from preservation through production.
Assist with matter tracking, reporting, and budgeting.
Conduct legal or other research as requested.
Leverage AI and legal-technology tools to develop workflows and reporting.
Coordinate projects with e-discovery personnel and team management.
