Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in E-Discovery to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience supporting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, with a focus on electronic discovery, document review, and litigation support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive paralegal support to attorneys throughout all phases of civil litigation, from case initiation through trial preparation.
• Assist with all aspects of the e-discovery lifecycle, including identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, and production of electronically stored information (ESI).
• Manage and organize large volumes of electronic and paper documents, ensuring accurate indexing, categorization, and maintenance of case files.
• Assist with drafting and responding to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably within a law firm environment.
• Hands‑on experience with e-discovery processes and electronic document review.
• Working knowledge of civil litigation procedures, discovery rules, and litigation support practices.
• Experience managing electronically stored information (ESI), document productions, and discovery databases.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $150,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
