Overview

Brickell-Based Role. Ideal for Nearby Candidates Dover Jewelry (Brickell Miami) is currently seeking a customer-friendly E-Commerce Office Assistant to work with our very busy online team in the maintenance of our Fine Jewelry Sales Platforms and to assist with a variety of tasks around the office.

This candidate must have excellent writing skills in English, be extremely responsible, responsive, deadline-, and project-oriented. Jewelry Experience is not a requirement, but online sales experience is helpful.

Hours

Monday to Friday (10:30am - 5:30pm)

Job Requirements

• Self-motivated, organized, ability to multitask and work within time constraints
• Administrative / Data Entry Skills
• Computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Accurate input of product specifications and info
• Accuracy and attention to detail with item descriptions and managing online product entries
• Professional communication skills in English (written and verbal) a Must
• Experience with e-commerce marketplaces and e-commerce payment gateways preferred
