Blackbird Recruiting is seeking a Creative Director to lead the visual direction for our fast-growing ecommerce brand in Montvale, NJ. You will own the creative pipeline from concepting to delivering assets for Amazon, website, and social channels.

You will guide brand look, direct shoots, oversee edits, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns, ensuring high-quality visuals that drive sales. This role is on-site in Montvale.

Qualifications

• Experience in creative direction and eCommerce content creation.
• Knowledge of Amazon listings, A+ content, and marketplace visuals.
• Ability to guide photographers, editors and designers.
• Strong communication and project management skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision for product imagery and brand visuals.
• Coordinate between Amazon operations and the photographer for marketplace needs.
• Plan and direct product photo shoots including angles and lighting.
• Oversee editing, retouching, and asset delivery for various channels.
• Build and maintain brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Review Amazon listings to optimize visuals for CTR and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and seasonal launches.
• Manage creative timelines, workflows, and quality control.
• Stay updated on Amazon trends and best practices.
• Ensure output is high-quality and aligned with brand strategy.
