BIG Wall Decor is seeking an E-Commerce Art Director to craft a digital-first visual language and elevate product storytelling across every touchpoint. You will lead the visual direction for the website, campaigns, photography, video, social content, and emails, ensuring a cohesive brand presence.

You should bring strong e-commerce know-how, an eye for typography and photography, and comfort with AI tools to experiment and optimize creative performance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital-first creative.
• Exceptional taste in design, typography, photography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Understands how creative decisions influence conversion and customer behavior.
• Ability to concept and direct photography, video, product imagery, campaigns, and social content.
• Turns products and ideas into compelling stories instead of generic advertising.
• Knows current design, fashion, interiors, internet culture, and social trends.
• Comfortable experimenting with AI and emerging creative tools.
• Works closely with designers, photographers, videographers, developers, marketers, and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop a consistent, unmistakably BIG visual language across the website, product launches, photography, video, social content, email, advertising, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Lead visual direction for major customer touchpoints, including social media, email/SMS creative, digital advertising, product photography and video direction, product merchandising, and brand presentation.
