Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. seeks a creative E-Commerce Content & Digital Design Specialist to manage online product content across 200+ items and 10+ retail partners. The role blends graphic design, 3D rendering, and marketing to showcase products with compelling visuals and accurate messaging.

The ideal candidate combines renderings, illustrations, animations, photography, and AI-generated imagery to translate product features into customer-friendly visuals, driving informed purchasing decisions.

Qualifications

Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years in a design-related field.
Experience in graphic design, digital content creation, e-commerce, or product marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience in 3D modeling software, preferably Blender 3D.
Experience creating or editing product renderings, illustrations, videos, and digital imagery.
Strong visual storytelling and customer-focused design.
Familiarity with layouts in Figma or similar program.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality product renderings, illustrations, infographics, animations, and digital assets for retailer websites.
Develop lifestyle imagery using photography, photo editing, 3D rendering, and AI-assisted tools.
Design product feature graphics that communicate functionality, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Create and edit product animations and videos demonstrating product features, applications, and usage.
Maintain consistent visual branding while adapting content to retailer requirements.
Explore new creative tools and technologies to improve content quality and production efficiency.
Support development, organization, and optimization of online content for 200+ products across 10+ retail partners.
Manage product image libraries and digital assets, ensuring content is accurate, current, and consistent across platforms.
Coordinate content updates, product launches, and refresh initiatives across multiple retail websites.
Regularly audit online product listings to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product information, imagery, and messaging reflect current offerings.
Identify key product benefits and selling points that differentiate our products from competitors.
Translate technical product information into clear, engaging visuals and messaging.
Develop content that answers common customer questions and helps shoppers purchase confidently.
Research competitor listings, industry trends, and evolving e-commerce best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
Apply a mobile-first approach to content development for smaller screens.
Support product launches, campaigns, and other initiatives that strengthen product visibility and customer engagement.
