Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking an organized E-Commerce Content Coordinator to support apparel product presentation across major retailer websites. You will upload and manage product imagery and digital assets, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency on retailer platforms.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to keep content up to date, monitor retailer pages for issues, and maintain high-quality online presentations across accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or digital merchandising for apparel/fashion.
• Experience uploading and maintaining product images on retailer sites or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong eye for visual presentation, detail, and brand consistency.
• Familiarity with retailer portals and CMS.
• Ability to manage multiple products and deadlines; good communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with PIM/DAM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Upload and manage product photography and digital assets across retail partner websites.
• Ensure images are properly placed, formatted, and meet retailer requirements and brand standards.
• Review product pages for accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal with the brand presentation.
• Update digital content as new styles and collections become available.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to publish assets timely.
• Assist with e-commerce sales support through accurate online product presentations.
• Monitor retailer sites for missing images or content issues and coordinate fixes.
