Pratt Industries is seeking an E-Commerce Content & Digital Design Specialist to manage online product content for 200+ items across 10+ major retail partners. The role blends graphic and 3D design, digital content creation, and product marketing to deliver engaging online shopping experiences.

The ideal candidate brings experience with renderings, illustrations, photography, and AI-generated imagery, and can translate product features into compelling visuals that drive informed purchasing

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Product/Industrial Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ Years of Experience in a Design related field.
• Experience in graphic design, digital content creation, e-commerce, or product marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience in 3D modeling software, preferably Blender 3D.
• Experience creating or editing product renderings, illustrations, videos, and digital imagery.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, product merchandising, and customer-focused design.
• Familiarity designing layouts in Figma or similar program.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a large volume of products and creative assets.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality product renderings, illustrations, infographics, animations, and digital assets for retailer websites.
• Develop compelling lifestyle imagery using photography, editing, 3D rendering, and AI-assisted tools.
• Design product feature graphics that communicate functionality, benefits, and advantages.
• Create and edit product animations and videos demonstrating product features, applications, and usage.
• Maintain consistent visual branding while adapting content to retailer requirements.
• Explore new creative tools and technologies to improve content quality and production efficiency.
• Support development, organization, and optimization of online content for 200+ products across 10+ retail partners.
• Manage product image libraries and digital assets, ensuring content is accurate, current, and consistent across platforms.
• Coordinate content updates, product launches, and refresh initiatives across multiple retailer websites.
• Regularly audit online product listings to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product information, imagery, and messaging reflect current offerings.
• Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to understand product features and customer needs.
• Identify key product benefits and selling points that differentiate our products.
• Translate technical product information into clear, engaging visuals and messaging.
• Develop content that answers common customer questions and helps shoppers confidently purchase.
• Research competitor listings, industry trends, and evolving e-commerce best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Apply a mobile-first approach to content development, ensuring graphics and messaging work on smaller screens.
• Support product launches, campaigns, and other initiatives to strengthen visibility and engagement.
