Job summary

Sierra Bullets in Sedalia, MO seeks an E-Commerce & Trade Marketing Manager to oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, trade marketing initiatives, and trade show planning for Sierra Bullets and Barnes Bullets.

You will manage online storefronts, coordinate web development projects, and serve as the primary marketing contact for dealers, retailers, and distributors. Strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach are required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing e-commerce operations, trade marketing programs, and event logistics.
• Experience managing e-commerce platforms, product catalogs, online merchandising, and promotional content.
• Ability to direct web development projects, communicate business requirements, prioritize requests, and evaluate completed work.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with retailers and internal teams.
• Experience coordinating trade shows and supporting dealer/retailer marketing needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations for Sierra Bullets and Barnes Bullets across brand channels.
• Lead trade marketing initiatives and manage apparel, marketing materials, and assets.
• Direct web development projects and coordinate with the web team on e-commerce priorities.
• Plan and execute consumer and sales trade shows and dealer events from planning to post-event follow-up.
• Manage Amazon storefronts, campaigns, and performance analysis.
• Create and manage weekly marketing email campaigns and related content.
• Coordinate asset creation and ensure consistent brand presentation across channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Operations to support launches and promotions.
• Maintain digital asset management system and ensure timely access for partners.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize conversion and retention, and manage budgets.
