Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking an E-Commerce Supervisor to oversee production and operations for our online store. You’ll serve as a key holder and coordinate activity across the e-commerce team, ensuring quality service to donors and customers.

You will train staff, monitor sales trends, maintain records, and help categorize merchandise to maximize online performance. The role requires a high school diploma, retail experience, forklift certification, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail.
• Associates degree or related coursework preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English; bilingual a plus.
• Must be certified and licensed to operate a forklift.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and work in varied conditions.

As the E-Commerce Supervisor, you’ll supervise, manage and coordinate the activities of production for an online retail store that is engaged in selling donated/new goods. You’ll also serve as a key holder in support of the e-commerce management team. Essential Functions:

• Supervise all e-commerce personnel as applicable during assigned shift to ensure operational standards are met
• Open the distribution center as key holder/supervisor on duty
• Develop, train, coach, and support e-commerce associates for career growth within the organization
• Comply with agency policies and Donated Goods Retail standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the agency’s safety and security policies and procedures
• Greet and assist donors/customers; Create a customer service standard by ensuring customer needs are met and service is efficient and effective
• Assist and resolve any complaints and communicate complaints and issues to management team
• Maintain proficiency for tasks required in all workstations
• Research and recognize current trends, opportunities, and competition to properly categorize merchandise and market donated and/or new goods products
• Perform and assist in all functions completed by e-commerce personnel
• Track and report e-commerce sales and sales trends
• Support in maintaining all company records and reports accurately and in a timely fashion
• Attend all meetings and training as required by the agency

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Two to three (2-3) years of experience in retail
• Associates Degree or completion of related retail management course work preferred
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills; Bilingual a plus
• Must be certified and licensed to operate a forklift
• Maintain dependable transportation and electronic communication device
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must start employment in acceptable safety work shoes
• Must be able to adapt to growth and a changing environment within the Agency
• Must be able to work in all types of conditions including heat, cold and dust
• Must be able to meet all physical requirements to perform the duties of the position including the ability to bend, reach, grasp, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time as well as the ability to push, pull and lift up to 30lbs with or without accommodation

Must be available to work Monday through Sunday during operating hours as needed for business operations
