Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, digital merchandising, or related field.
• Experience managing an e-commerce website and online product catalog.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce website and online product catalog.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings with specs, images, UPCs, and pricing.
• Research electrical products, manufacturer information, specs, and pricing.
• Ensure pricing, availability, and inventory data are accurate online.
• Add new products and categories to website and channels.
• Coordinate with purchasing, inventory, and marketing teams.
• Monitor online performance, views, conversions, and sales metrics.
• Improve product content and SEO to boost visibility.
• Collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues.
• Assist with managing online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
