Scott Electric is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to grow and manage our online sales channels. You will handle product listings, pricing, inventory, and content, collaborating with purchasing, sales, warehouse and marketing to improve the digital experience for customers.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, with a passion for electrical products and e-commerce. This full-time, in-person role includes a comprehensive benefits package and background check requirements.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales or related field.
• Experience managing an e-commerce website and catalog.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's online sales presence across channels.
• Maintain product listings, pricing, inventory, and content.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, warehouse and marketing teams.
• Research products, pricing, and manufacturer information for listings.
• Optimize pages for search engines and monitor e-commerce metrics.
• Coordinate with IT on technical issues and resolve online inquiries.
