Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored for e-commerce growth, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, video) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign objectives.
• Manage and grow our online communities, actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive brand sentiment.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to identify opportunities for innovation and engagement.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports on key KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of campaigns.
