Job summary

Discovergoodwill in Spokane, WA is seeking an E-Commerce Associate to support the flow of merchandise in the E-Commerce department. You will pull and shelve orders, ship merchandise, and maintain up-to-date ShopGoodwill/E-Books knowledge.

Responsibilities

Produce End of Day shipping reports.
Maintain updated website knowledge of ShopGoodwill/E-Books processes.
Assist with store merchandise returns and act as back-up E-Commerce Associate when needed.
Track packages via tracking numbers and monitor delivery status.
Attend mandatory trainings and meetings.
Comply with health, safety and local regulations.
Protect confidentiality and ensure a safe work environment.
