Goodwill Industries of Northeast Indiana, Inc. is seeking a Shipper for our E-Commerce Department in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This fast-paced role supports our mission by ensuring orders are packed securely and shipped accurately using proper materials.

You'll weigh items, prepare paperwork, and use shipping software with attention to detail while handling physical duties daily. Candidates should be comfortable with heavy lifting and able to work with a collaborative team to meet daily shipping

Qualifications

• Must be able to handle packing and weigh items accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow packing instructions.
• Good communication and ability to complete paperwork clearly.

Responsibilities

• Run daily “To Be Shipped” Report.
• Confirm items match report descriptions and item numbers.
• Identify carrier and select box size for safe delivery.
• Pack items with proper techniques and materials.
• Weigh packages and note weight.
• Print and attach shipping labels via carrier software.
• Complete end-of-day shipping report.
• Follow all safety rules and company policies.
• Collaborate with E-Commerce Supervisor and team.
