Responsibilities

• Reporting for assigned shifts on time and communicate clearly to provide excellent customer service.
• Promoting sales and guest experience through e-commerce, focusing on quality control and order accuracy.
• Using provided equipment (laptop and scanner) to select items and process orders.
• Handling guests' special order requests with accuracy and timeliness.
• Upholding safety rules and regulations in food handling and guest services.
• Participating in department safety plans: cleaning floors, sanitizing, and maintaining shelf order.
