PetPals Group is seeking a detail-oriented E‑Commerce Sales Coordinator to manage online marketplaces, support B2B wholesale accounts and B2C channels, and help drive sales growth.

Based onsite in Ontario, CA, you will optimize product listings, coordinate order fulfillment, analyze performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Travel ~10–15% for trade shows and customer meetings. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in e‑commerce or sales coordination and strong Excel skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, sales coordination, account management, or related environment.
• Experience supporting B2B customer accounts and/or B2C e-commerce channels.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, or similar systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or related content tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Travel willingness: ~10-15% as needed.

Aufgaben

• Create, maintain, and optimize product listings across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, and retailer portals for both B2B and B2C.
• Upload and update product descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and SEO content.
• Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and aligned with brand standards.
• Assist with new product launches, catalog maintenance, and assortment updates.
• Monitor listing performance, content quality, and marketplace compliance.
• Support promotional campaigns, seasonal programs, and digital merchandising initiatives.
• Maintain product availability and online merchandising standards across all channels.
• Process customer orders and maintain records in OMS and related systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, accounting, suppliers, and overseas teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory, shipment status, and customer requirements.
• Resolve order, inventory, shipping, and service issues proactively.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Research growth opportunities and assist with trade show efforts.
