Job summary

RugsUSA is seeking an E-Commerce Revenue Recognition & Accounts Receivable Specialist for its Manhattan office. The hybrid role requires on-site presence 3–4 days per week.

You will manage Amazon settlements, revenue recognition under US GAAP/ASC 606, and AR activities while supporting month-end close and internal controls. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in revenue/accounting roles, strong Excel and ERP experience, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting/finance or related field.
• Three+ years in revenue accounting, accounts receivable, or e-commerce accounting.
• Direct experience reconciling Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile e-commerce revenue under US GAAP/ASC 606.
• Reconcile Amazon settlements, CACs, and related discrepancies.
• Manage accounts receivable, cash application, and collections.
• Prepare weekly/monthly revenue reports and close support.
• Maintain internal controls over revenue and AR processes.
