Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field with relevant analytics focus.
• Master's degree in information technology or related field preferred for advanced analytics.
• 5+ years of information technology data operations experience can substitute for degree requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, customer, product, pricing, margin, inventory, and digital performance data to identify opportunities that drive revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth.
• Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions that clearly communicate performance, trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leaders to enable faster, informed decisions.
• Analyze customer journeys, website traffic, conversion rates, cart abandonment, and purchasing behavior to improve the digital sales experience.
• Own GA4 analytics and reporting, including web events and campaign performance, aligning with business objectives.
• Evaluate parts category performance, pricing, demand, and inventory to identify high-value growth opportunities.
• Analyze promotional effectiveness and campaign performance to drive incremental sales.
• Develop analytics and recommendations supporting demand generation, sales growth, and customer acquisition.
