Position: E Commerce Project Operations Manager

Job Title and Overview

This position is responsible for the overall coordination and execution of e-commerce sales projects, focusing on driving product marketing, coordinating influencer partnerships, managing content execution, and ensuring the final delivery of GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume) results.

Responsibilities

1. Develop product-specific marketing strategies and monthly sales execution plans tailored to various channels.

2. Coordinate live streaming and video content creation, ensuring content aligns with marketing themes and sales goals.

3. Build and maintain influencer (KOL) partnerships, managing outreach, onboarding, and campaign execution.

4. Communicate effectively across departments and with platform partners (e.g., TikTok), aligning resources and processes.

5. Track project progress, analyze data, and adjust strategies dynamically based on campaign outcomes and market feedback.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with a background in marketing, e-commerce, digital media, or related fields.

2. 3+ years of experience in new media operations, influencer marketing, or e-commerce sales.

3. Strong planning, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to drive results.

4. Familiar with social media platforms (especially TikTok) and their rules, tools, and support programs.

5. Demonstrated ability in market analysis, campaign planning, and sales execution.

6. Strong logical thinking and data awareness, with a foundational grasp of data analysis (support from operations specialist provided).

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with a marketing background and hands-on sales experience are preferred.

• Experience in influencer management or talent agency operations is a strong advantage.

• Knowledge or experience with TikTok, YouTube, or other video-centric e-commerce platforms.

• Resourceful and goal-oriented, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

$25-$30/hour plus commission and bonus
