Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce Platform Developer to join our technology team in Paarl. You will build, maintain, and enhance the company's ecommerce website and related applications to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

You will work on features, integrations, performance optimizations, and security, collaborating with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers in a dynamic online business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Ecommerce/Full Stack developer with ecommerce projects.
• Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks.
• Back-end skills in Python, PHP, Node.js or similar.
• Experience with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom platforms.
• Familiarity with MySQL/PostgreSQL and Git.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy new features for the ecommerce platform.
