Job summary

Kroger is seeking an on-site e-Commerce Order Selector in Cincinnati, OH to efficiently assemble online orders, ensure item freshness, and load orders for customer pickup. You will process payments at the POS, manage substitutions, and uphold staging area organization.

• Basic math skills and reading shelf tags.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to laws and food safety procedures; follow company guidelines.
• Receive orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Initiate and complete selection process for online orders and process them through POS.
• Follow substitutions when items are out of stock and communicate changes to customers.
• Load prepared orders into customers' cars at pickup and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment; report discrepancies.
